As an athletic staff member, coaches are reminded that he or she is representing the Quakertown School District as well as the community. With your qualifications and expertise, we know that you will succeed in guiding our student-athletes to go above and beyond expectations on and off the field. Please utilize the resources listed below to accommodate to your needs.

Coaches need to complete the following to be eligible to be a Coach/Volunteer Coach:

• Talent Ed Recruit and Hire-Apply for your Position by clicking here!!  (external)

• Current/returning coaches and full-time district employees would go to the top right on that page and click "internal".

• QCSD Coaches Handbook: Read the handbook and Complete the FamilyID Acknowledgment Page

• Act 34: State Police Clearance-Complete Online and print a copy to show the Athletic Department you submitted the request. 

• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance- Complete the Online Application. Please print a copy to show the Athletic Department you submitted the request. 

• Act 114: FBI Fingerprints- Read the directions to fill out an application and to find a location to be fingerprinted. 

Coaches, please complete the following Online Video Certifications:

• Sudden Cardiac Wise Certification- Read and follow the directions, send the certification to  [email protected]
• Concussion Certification - Read and follow the directions, send the certification to [email protected]
• SafeSchool Training- Check your email or your junk email, the Human Resource Department will send you an email directing you to complete the Coach Awareness training video.
